In overlap you are to far from the post, especially in us, try to just leave the skate from the post and that’s enough. You’ll be closer to the rebound as for the possible pass across.

I know that coach didn’t wait for you but you have to play the puck from the beginning till the end in the practice too. Peter Kopecky - 5y 5d 10h 3m agoSuper Kevin keď máš možnosť strielať, spravil by som ale série na strieľanie predtým 25 klikov a hneď cca 50 pukov ak máš takto pokračoval čiže spravíš 100 klikov a 200 pukov. tým pádom zoslinieš aj v rukách a zlepšíš aj strelbu že budeš ako v záťaži .skús a daj vedieť

Juraj Bežák - 6y 1w 3d 5h 32m agoDuring squats - try to keep your feet pointing straight (I know weight-lifters teach you to keep them pointing outward, but there is a specific reason, why I teach squats with feet pointing forward). Second hint: while going down, go slow so you "feel" the movement.

To be more specific: improve yopur timing - when you go back, step back a little bit sooner. First few reps were kinda "stiff", but at the end, it got better.

Juraj Bežák - 6y 10w 2d 3h 55m agoThe shot is not bad, but here is my advice: 1. When you transfer your weight from the rear leg to the front leg, move more weight on your front leg. 2. Improve your follow-through, in other words, aim with your tip of the blade at the space where you want to shoot.

I think this was actually good because I didn't have time to think about anything and I just played, which helped me maintain an empty mind. The opponent (Russia u16) had immense speed and was good with the puck, which was a great experience for me to get a taste of international hockey, and get a sense of what level I am on compared to world-class players
