In overlap you are to far from the post, especially in us, try to just leave the skate from the post and that’s enough. You’ll be closer to the rebound as for the possible pass across.

I know that coach didn’t wait for you but you have to play the puck from the beginning till the end in the practice too. If you have a tactical team exercice try to make doublecheck and you know better where the players are.

1. When you transfer your weight from the rear leg to the front leg, move more weight on your front leg.
2. Improve your follow-through, in other words, aim with your tip of the blade at the space where you want to shoot.

I think this was actually good because I didn't have time to think about anything and I just played, which helped me maintain an empty mind. The opponent (Russia u16) had immense speed and was good with the puck, which was a great experience for me to get a taste of international hockey, and get a sense of what level I am on compared to world-class players

One thing: try using ( swinging ) your arms more to increase the length and power of your jumps.
